Q: How long do vinyl graphics last?
A: KI Studios uses only the highest quality, high performance grade cast vinyl films by reputable brands like 3M, Avery, and Oracal. Brands depending on the color available that best matches your paint or desire. All films are rated with an outdoor durability of over 6 years, and up to 11 depending on the color.

Q: Can I wax over vinyl?
A: Yes! Waxing over vinyl will help protect it from the sun and extend it's life just like it does your paint. We recommend hand washing and waxing only, using a liquid wax in order to avoid that annoying white build up on the edges of the vinyl. Spray detailer works great as well.

Q: How long should I wait before washing the car after applying fresh graphics?
A: Wash the car before applying graphics! I recommend allowing the car to sit outside for one full sunny day before it's first wash.

Q: What water solution should I use when wet applying graphics?
A: There are all sorts of recipes and application fluid products out there. After my 11 years of install experience, I have come to the conclusion that plain old water is the best! For a large wet application you may add a single drop of soap to your spray bottle in order to make the application more forgiving. Take extra care in removing the transfer tape when using a drop of soap as it will slow the drying process and initial stick of the vinyl. All the KI Studios demonstration videos are done with plain water.

Q: What is the turn around time?
A: KI Studios stripes and graphics are made-to-order and have a typical production time of 2-4 business days.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: KI Studios graphics kits are made-to-order specifically to your specifications and car, so we can not accept returns. Please double check your order before proceeding to check out. In the very rare case that a product may be defective, KI Studios will replace the kit after inspection.

Q: Can vinyl graphics be removed?

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! All graphics kits are available for international shipping anywhere in the world at a flat rate of $38 unless noted in the product description. Wrap kits ship to the United States only due to the over sized box for 60" rolls of material.

Q: Do you offer factory / OEM products?
A: No, KI Studios does not sell or manufacture factory or OEM products for your car.

Q: Do you do custom design work?
A: Yes! We are experienced designers with degrees in Graphic Arts. We design everything from business cards and stationary to wide format advertising and vehicle wraps.
